Junior Account Manager – Google Maps Platform

Location: Malaga or Sevilla (Spain) – Hybrid

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team, working closely with Google Maps and our main Account Manager in the Travel, Transportation, Real Estate and Financial Services sectors. Your core objective is to build and maintain relationships with our large book of existing customers and our key partner, Google, as well as answer billing and account queries.
You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and thrive in working in a small, dynamic business. You will have either worked in Client Relationship Management or if you haven’t, have a strong interest in business development, sales or account management.

  • Identify and qualify prospects and key people working there (“stakeholders”)
  • Working with the Account Manager you will provide ongoing support to existing customers.
  • Inform customers of the account balance, renewal and usage using.
  • Update the internal CRM system with relevant information.
  • Work with the Account Manager on any strategic plans and be there to support where necessary.
  • Conduct sales research and identify new sales opportunities when relevant as well as work on the new business pipeline with the Account Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with Google and other key partners in the region
  • Representing Snowdrop at key events in Europe and elsewhere
  • Outstanding spoken, written, and presentation abilities in English
  • Organisational and time management skills as well as an initiative to ask questions.
  • A demonstrable aptitude for working closely with new products and technologies
  • Ability to achieve short-term objectives in the context of long-term goals for you and the company
  • Eager to work as part of a team whilst continuously learning and improving how to do things
  • Resourceful and Proactive
  • Experience working in Sales or Customer Service areas, including managing opportunities in a CRM
  • Strong work ethic, individually and as a team player
  • Experience or an interest in working in Tech/API/SaaS Sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or similar
  • Additional language skills
  • Have experience working with Google Suite

  • Full-time Permanent Contract after a successful Probation Period of 3 Months

  • Base salary between 21K and 24K Euros per year with additional commission package with OTE of 10K
